How much is shipping?

We offer free shipping within the continental US on all orders over $50.

Can I expedite my order?

We got you! We charge a flat rate of $10 for expedited shipping.

Already placed your order? Just give us a call or drop us a message and we'll get it out to you as soon as possible.

What if I want to cancel or change my order?

Sure! Just let us know and we'll take care of you.

Do you offer returns and/or exchanges?

Of course!

When can I expect my refund?

Don't worry, we're good for it! It can take our warehouse up to two (2) weeks to receive and process your refund. You will receive a refund notification email as soon as it gets processed.

Gear and Sizing

Are your products true to size?

That is a question for the product guy.

Are your accessories really waterproof?

They sure are! Our gear is developed over decades of experience playing in the outdoors. We're located in the Pacific Northwest and you can be sure that we brutally test our products under all this rain we get.

How can I care for my new gear?

Simple! Hand or machine wash with cool water and use a mild detergent when washing. We advise hang drying to prevent potential shrinkage but tumble drying every once in a while is a-ok!
