Thank you for ordering with us! It typically takes our warehouse (2) business days to fulfill your order and get your package out to you. Orders over $99 qualify for Free Shipping within the continental US. If you need your order delivered as soon as possible, we charge a flat rate fee of $20 for expedited shipping.

Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Doesn't quite fit? Not the color you want? Just plain don't like it? Not a problem! We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery! Just make sure the items being returned are in new condition (trying it on at home is considered still "new" but trying it out on a 5-day hunting trip does not qualify as "new").

How do I return my item?

Easy! You should have received a return shipping label with your order. Simply package it up in it's original packaging as best you can, stick the return label on your box, and drop it off at your nearest post office.

I've returned it. When will I be refunded?

Hang tight, it takes our team up to two (2) weeks to process your refund from when we received the item. You will get an email notification once the refund has been processed. Don't worry, we're good for it!

I’d like to exchange it for a different size/item instead. How?

The process for an exchange is the same as a return! Just make sure to fill out the shipping label with details regarding your exchange, i.e. product to exchange for or the size to exchange for. As soon as we receive your item and confirm that it’s in good condition, we will get your exchange item out to you as soon as possible.

I live outside of the US. Can I do a return/exchange?

Shucks, unfortunately we don’t accept returns for orders outside of the US. The high cost of shipping back and forth makes it difficult to do so.
