Refund policy

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds 

Standard orders containing unused items with tags attached are eligible for a full refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of delivery.

• All closeout sale items are non-refundable and are returnable for size exchange or store credit only.

• Items that show signs of use or damage are ineligible for refund and are returnable for store credit only.

Cross Point Gear products purchased from elsewhere are eligible for store credit with valid proof of purchase and within our guarantee period.

Gift and Bundle Deal Returns

If your order includes a gift with purchase and you don't keep the purchase but the gift, we will subtract the current retail price of the gift from your return.

If your order includes a bundle deal discount and you return part or all of the bundle, you will lose the bundle discount and receive partial credit for any returned items.
